Installation Procedure:

Step one: Drill the hole - Use a correct diameter twist drill. Do not counter-sink if it can be avoided.
Step two: Cut the thread - Cut the mounting thread with the correct selected tap.
Step three: Check the tapped thread - Use a gauge to check the mounting thread.
Step four: Installation - Thread inserts can be installed into the base thread, the end of the wire shoud be screwed at least 1/4 turn under the material surface.
Step five: Break the tang - The tangs are broken off using the tang remover in through holes.
Step six: Check the thread - Renewed check the thread after installing.
